HVAC - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning is the practice of regulating room temperature, humidity and air flow ensuring that a building is kept within proper ranges. As an HVAC contractor, PM Contracting specializes in the installation and maintenance of equipment such as chillers, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, roof top units, computer room air conditioning units, and central air conditioners.
PIPE FITTING - PM Contracting employs Union Pipe Fitters through Local Union #533. They are responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of new piping and tubing systems. Our highly skilled pipefitters repair damaged piping as well as retrofit older piping systems.
BACKFLOW CERTIFIED - Backflow certification awarded by the ASSE (American Society of Sanitary Engineering) allows us to test, inspect, service, or replace any backflow device.
ORBITAL WELDING - PM Contracting is proud to offer this highly specialized welding service. Our pipe fitters have completed rigorous training classes for orbital welding certification. True orbital welding is a process in which the tube or pipe being welded is done in a continuous 360° weld without interruption.
SHEET METAL - PM Contracting employs a team of Union Sheet Metal workers through Local Union #2. With a full service sheet metal shop, we have the ability to fabricate, assemble and install ductwork and a wide range of other sheet metal products and equipment. Our sheet metal workers bring years of experience in repairing, replacing, and fabricating sheet metal duct systems.
DESIGN/BUILD - PM Contracting prides itself in the ability of our project managers to have the capacity to work closely with building mangers and property owners to design the proper and most effective system for their properties. Design/build is a useful way of reducing the time typically spent by overlapping the design and construction phase of a project.
VALUE ENGINEERING - The project managers at PM Contracting provide value engineering which evaluates the most cost effective approach to a new or retrofit project over the life cycle of the equipment. ESTIMATING - The project managers of PM Contracting are able to evaluate the cost of a project based on the materials, equipment, and labor allowances/restrictions defined in the scope of the project. This in-house service allows for quick and accurate estimates on any project.

PM involves a planned and controlled program of systematic inspection, adjustment, lubrication, and replacement of components as well as performance testing and analysis.
